Next week I start 30 days of 100 squats & 50 pushups. There are a bunch of npubs who are in too. If you've been looking for a reason to get started on a simple fitness routine, feel free to join in. No shaming, no judging. The daily goal is 100/50 - start where you are, do what you can, aim to get better each day and week. Break them into sets however you like 20/10 or 10/5 work great.
