Yo nostr people, Jr is having some eczema patches that are flaring up pretty bad and they just won't go away. His diet is generally good and he drinks plenty of water. #asknostr #eczema

Have you tried giving goats milk? Just asking. Did wonders for a young kid (scuse the pun) I know.

Like putting it on the spots or for drinking? We don't do a ton of dairy and I haven't noticed a difference when he does have it, but I didn't think of dairy being an issue 🤝. I may try doing a week of no dairy (cow dairy) and see if that helps.
