It's normal that you prefer bisq 1, they're different things. What you have now in bisq 1 (multisigtrading protocol) will be ported and improved to Bisq 2, which is an application made from scratch to offer modularity and provide more options. https://bisq.wiki/Main_Page

It big-time depends as well on what you're after. Bisq2 probably is more accessible for new people to the space, but bisq1 is easier for those that have already learned it because theres fewer screens to navigate.
