@nprofile1q... Being a 90s kid, I had to learn how to invent my own fun before the internet. I think what you're feeling is normal; what's important is finding a community to have fun in. It's the difference between being trapped in a room with every board came you can think of alone, and being stuck in a room with 10 friends and only a game of monopoly. Which one do you think is less boring if you had to be in there for a day?
