Second time in less than a year severely spraining an ankle while, on vacation, carrying two suitcases walking down a flight of stairs. First with the right ankle, and now the left. I should stop doing that. Lifelong issue of mine but it’s gotten worse as I get older. relay.nostr.net

I hope you get better soon 🌻💜 I had a similar problem years ago and it stopped when an orthopedist told me it could be due to differences in muscle development on one side of my body. I worked on it and it hasn't happened again. Perhaps is something like that.

Ugh sprains are the worst. Especially while traveling.
