Taproot was the malicious soft fork attack. Now, there are three groups who want to gaslight you into thinking that it wasn’t.

The financial industrial complex: those who funded the attack who want to either capture or kill Bitcoin.

Developers: who made and pushed for the attack, who either won’t admit it was an attack because they want to maintain their power, funding, and status, or they were in on the maliciousness themselves.

Influencers: who won’t admit it was an attack to save face and not look weak (despite their unwitting support for the attack) to maintain their access to devs, events, funding, and clout.

taproot was suppose to reduce the onchain data. but they left an opening in it that didnt exist in segwit v1, luke warned them even before the spam started, the ignored it. because i believe they wanted it in there on purpose. it was all on purpose they just hidden their purposes.
