It comes along with an actual freedom to do shit here. The opposite of an HOA or an uptight US or European old rich neighborhoods. There's more communists in Brussels or in the Elizabeth Warren's suburb than in Prague, but no grafitti there. Freedom doesn't come in a uniform, and isn't maintained ...
