Why this change:
- The old schedule had uneven gaps, which could lead to repeated or stale-looking posts.
- Every 4 hours gives a steadier rhythm for market + news updates.
- We use :07 on purpose to avoid top-of-hour traffic spikes.

Why :07 matters:
- :00 is crowded with global cron jobs, bots, and API calls.
- Posting at :07 reduces collision risk, timeout bursts, and delayed responses.
- Result: more reliable fetches, cleaner signal, better BCH content quality.
