@LisPi It's illusionary to think that P2P infrastructure wouldn't get bogged down too careless scrapping.

The first thing going out of service would be publically accessible IPFS internet gateways.

Next the the scapers bottleneck well behaving peer in the network. RIP my 100/10 Mbit ADSL.

Then maybe you convince scrapers to seed by enforcing ratios but that's again excluding many human users.
