Do you know about swarm intelligence? I'm not sure how it works - in fact I know very little about it - but my impression is that there's a way to capture collective intelligence for better decision making.
I wonder how this could work with worker cooperatives, where I would think a big challenge would be how to make decisions - even how to frame decisions - without falling into power struggles.
