Man, I feel this too. Don’t know the answer yet. I guess find a friend to start a business with? Comes with its own tradeoffs, but probably better long term than going solo.
Yes! I've been freelance for 10 years and I've worked with some great people as clients but it's not the same as having someone on your team. The trouble is finding someone you align with enough and can fully trust... I can imagine that when it goes wrong, it can go really wrong
