"Agree to disagree" and similar triggers me so hard. It's almost exclusively used to frame an opposing, well-formulated argument into a disagreeing "opinion", when the own opinion isn't backed by similarly high-quality data.

Comparing a deep analysis with an opinion, putting them on the same level, is doing disservice and disrespectful. It's false balance in personal/individual discussions.
