Millenials have much less incels. "Do Incels exist in [generation]" is the wrong question, yes of course there's some in all generations, but as a general trend it was like 4% for truecels below 30 in Millenials, not the 30% khhv truecels of male zoomers ("just" singlehood 60%).
Banning hypergamous propaganda like China did would certainly help but that's just the tip of the iceberg
