I love nostr, I've been looking into this subject recently and it actually looks like the typical American can legally not pay income tax, something unique to the USA..The IRS just plays word games with you and tries to instill FUD.

Yes Irwin Schiff documented this extensively. They make a request to pay, it is not legal that you must lay. However, regardless of the law, they will arrest you and send to jail, just like Irwin.
