My emergency appendix surgery, CT scans and hospital stay cost me $360. This is extremely cheap for the USA. As a brit I'm both annoyed at having to pay anything at all and appalled by the thought that anyone else would have to pay (looks at insurance cover) 🤯 $6,320.... that I presume is a negotiated price too.

All's well that ends well I suppose.
