After a couple years of falling back into bad old habits, this Christmas I'm celebrating without the addition of alcohol. It can be difficult this time of year, surrounded by celebrations where the Christmas spirit is served from a bottle. Congratulations and good luck to anyone who deals with the same problem. 🫂🎄🎅

Good for you man. I'm struggling because of bad food choices when stressed. So I'm trying to do the same but with food. Good luck. Not sure your drinking history but mine was pretty heavy. I've felt much better not drinking. You got this
