Who actually thinks the ETFs will be approved by 1/10/24? Feels like they will rug approvals.
Looks as though it’s happening. A bunch of applicants submitted updates to their filings. Would be pointless unless SEC is approving but wouldn’t be beyond Gensler to do that after requesting they do.
