How to get RIPE NCC to accept a preferred name as org-name? Any legal loopholes? Legal entities to achieve this?
I am neither “Carl Fabian Lüpke” nor “Carl Fabian Lüpke trading as Flüpke”. I am “Flüpke” and even my national ID card says so.
One can hide behind funny cascades of shell companies, but using a legally recognized name would “obfuscate” ownership. Yeah, sure.
