You make some great points. It is clear you have given this more quality of thought than I... One solution that comes to mind is going to bitcoin meetups. Vetting/feeling out people in person, and transacting with them directly... Ive also had luck using Coinhub ATM's for sub $2000 transactions. No kyc needed. Just your wallet QR & phone # to confirm (my # isnt directly tied to my identity). You can use fake name. As long as I stand out of view of the built in camera, I dont see how they can trace it back to you... Obviously need to look out for other cameras in the place of business with the ATM...

Yeah to clarify, I think all ATMs are likely to be outlawed in my country pretty soon, or made heavily kyc-mandatory. Meetups may be the way in the future, unless I can start earning in sats.
