on the recent announcement:
my biggest issue is that it's censorship. if we started with it as a rule, i wouldn't care. but now it's stripping baraag of something rare that made it special.

@nprofile1q... I too am frustrated with it, but I understand the reasoning.
Baraag simply cannot host EVERYONE who wants to see the art, it doesn't have the space or processing for it, so it relies on federation to allow people to see and interact with it.
BUT a lot of those services have stricter rules in place and will defederate (break compatibility) with Baraag if we don't meet the standards.
I think its frustrating but necessary
