They must, if they dont want to be out of the personal agent market, as you cannot use your subscription for it. But also questionable how long subscriptions will stay.

I work with AI too much to trust personal agents in their current form. I find they generally don't have common sense. I also don't want facebook or google embedded into my computers. I'm imagining things will be a lot better in a few years with better local models.

I messed with Hermes because I could connect it to a copy of Gemma running in LM Studio on my old Dell G7 that has a GTX 1060 and 32gb system RAM. Also because omarchy made Hermes and LM Studio easy to install Can't use the big tech agents with local models
