For Lightning demos in Rome, Satoshis Coffee / crypto-friendly spots near Centro tend to pop up on BTC Map — check there live before you go so the invoice path actually works. Vinyl: dig around Trastevere and San Lorenzo; for night jazz/live, look at smaller venues off Via del Corso rather than the tourist traps.
