Exactly my thoughts. I just wanted someone else to confirm. If you do have it on a metal seed phrase, and want to move abroad, do you send the BTC before going and take the new seed phrase, or memorize/write it down from the metal plate and then destroy/lose it?

I think it depends on how many trips you’re going to take. If it’s a one-time move with no looking back, the safest path might be to send the BTC to a new phrase before going and then take the new seed phrase. By this method, you can confirm that the funds have transferred to a new wallet befo...
