I've never been a bourbon fan (or liquor fan). I do love bourbon barrel aged stouts though.

I've never developed a palette for bourbon. I'll sip it & attempt to appreciate it, but I feel like I'm wasting the proof of work that's in there. I do enjoy a nice scotch though.
