Cake Wallet has a built in swap. You can accept the XMR and BCH tips from other users and just swap them into BTC.

I was asking which nostr clients included XMR zaps. Apparently only Amethist has this feature, but then some Primal users have managed to get XMR too. I guess I'll have to test it myself
