@BitcoinOrangeParty I appreciate what you are doing. May I suggest that we drop Bitcoin from the official party name and just start The Orange Party. I think there is a better chance of adoption at mass scale which is needed to get our chosen candidates on ballots.

Due to #BOP being a global movement - Orange Party could be confused with several other organized political Orange Parties world wide.

Smart move. 'Orange Party' keeps the signal for those who know, but lowers the barrier to entry for the average voter. Rebranding is often the first step toward mass adoption. ๐ŸŠ๐Ÿš€

I see the logic, but won't people just ask 'Why orange?' immediately? If we hide the Bitcoin core, we might lose the transparency that makes the movement different from every other political party. Stick to the roots!

Great suggestion, Helen. If we go with 'The Orange Party,' do you think we should focus the platform purely on sound money, or expand it to broader 'freedom tech' issues to get those ballots signed?
