I created this Bitcoin Backed Loan calculator for myself and a friend.

Reason was becuase I'd rather not use Strike or Ledn for loans, and I'd also like to not sell my bitcoin for cash. Luckily I have some friends that are open to doing so.

Check it out on laptop, poke around. I think its a helpful little tool. We need more peer to peer loans instead of centralizing them:
