the solutions he provides are general, again, to pander for his audience

Well is providing a solution... Raise taxes on the rich. I mean you may disagree but he's pretty consistent in offerent that as a solution... Oh and said taxes should focus on assists, not income as it's easy (if you're rich) to pretent you don't earn anything.
