I think the deep state poisoned the water with dysentery at mass scale, and the only clean water available was used to make alcoholic beverages to keep people drunk and thoughtless. Dysentery and other stuff that they used to infect water with was the old way of keeping the sheeple in their place.
Think about it, would God make water carry illnesses? Drinking water is natural, so why would it be bad for you? It is definitely man-made, no other explanation. Just like covid
