I think it's a dumb idea. It raises too many questions. What happens if more people are born than souls that exist? What happens if more people die than souls that exist?

If somebody dies who needs to be reborn push the sole back on the stack.

The term would be pop. You would pop a soul from the stack. That sounds like a nice idea in theory, but it means that in practice, some souls will be more popular than others.
