But the answers already exist! Bitcoin is totally permissionless and allows instant, low-cost transfer. Stablecoins do this too and are tied 1:1 to fiat currencies like US dollars, so no investment risk. Our NSFW community needs to learn and embrace these on a scale to make new support websites viable.
