@nprofile1q... Early simulations of the first are showing TDR bumps up to ~115 ohms near the BGA launch and I'm pretty sure the mismatched fanout is the problem.

But I haven't run a full frequency sweep of that yet, and the sim of the second version is only one frequency in so I'm a ways from being able to do an apples to apples comparison
