I think it would be pretty hard to build what you are describing for a number of reasons without having access to a relatively large stack and/or an existing payments volume that you could translate into reliable yield via routing.

@Amboss have been working on a service called Rails that aimed to do this. I haven’t used the product but I’m sure @Jestopher could give you a rundown.

We've learned that the demand for yield in this manner far outpaces the people ready to start doing lightning payments, which means that capital can be extremely well allocated, but still be low yielding.
