I think AI is going to be kind of a weird side-show distraction in the collapse. If these are empty buildings, then we're not talking about THAT MUCH money, it's more of a prosperity Potemkin Village ("don't worry about the crash, AGI is coming, look at these big (empty) buildings") The real crash ...
