Just heard it...and I am sitting with it...




I thought I had done an enormous amount of healing, and honestly, I did, and still doing it....but the amount of wounding I allowed throughout 37y of my life....that is something that takes time to heal. More than I was prepared to admit.
Inviting the same "person", in different bodies, over and over again, untill exhaustion, it's not something that vanishes like water running down the drain.
Today, I just want to be quiet and at Peace.
Licking the parts of me that I left broken.
Arousing the ones I buried deep.
In between worlds.
