Bitchat released 1.6.0 which was picked up by the indexer. Then, the maintainers deleted and/or converted the release to a pre-release with another version name.

I just implemented a fallback to Zapstore CDN which will allow you to install it anyway, or any other app that rugs releases. Coming in the next alpha.

I assume you are on version 0.2.7 of the app. Lots of changes in this respect have been implemented in 1.0 . There is an alpha version if you want to try it out, or otherwise wait a few weeks max for 1.0 final
