I’ve admitted defeat for now on self-custodial lighting after not using it much and getting costly channels closed without warning. Maybe cashu is better for low cost, low effort, high value.

A year ago when we started And Other Stuff, @jack asked me how to take Nostr mainstream, how do we get normies on here, an open protocol. Today I'm really excited to announce that @Divine HQ has a brand partnership with @tacobell

They're posting on Nostr, videos, and they're sending out 40 million invite codes to the divine app, plus running tv and streaming ads for the app when we drop invite codes on the 20th. Divine is part of Nostr and you've always been able to do use the app and our relays with any Nostr nsec and app, but we're building something which makes it accessible to people who never have heard of the idea of open source or protocols.
