As a woodworker you have to know that you’ll never make anything as beautiful as the tree. Your work is only an offering as an attempt to respect the incredible design of nature.

The infinite isn’t learned from screens.
It’s recognized in the pause after watching.

It doesn’t need to increase in purchasing power AGAINST anything. The adoption is what unfolds it as a medium not the fiat gains. A lot of people came for the NgU but once the properties of bitcoin are understood it’s irrelevant. I can provide you a service and request a payment in sats that has no bearing to its “conversion” into fiat. Everyone’s numbers are different just like everyone charges different amounts for similar services. Just because you can’t pay for existing bills in bitcoin doesn’t mean those services couldn’t be provided by someone who allows bitcoin as medium of exchange. It’s just in the very early stages.

Thriving is childishly simple:
- Eat real food
- Move your body
- Get sunlight
- Sleep deeply
- Love fiercely
- Work until you have enough
- Give away your surplus
- Speak truth
- Accept what comes

What is not simple is the courage to live it in a world whose entire identity depends on you not living it.

The knowledge has always been free and open source and accessible to everyone.

If you value freedom then this is your list. If something is preventing any of these then you know where the work needs to be done.

The courage required is not to do anything heroic. It is simply to stop believing the programming and start living the obvious.

Even at conservative 5–7% annual deflation, your stacks real purchasing power doubles every ~10–14 years without adding a single sat.

Spend around 3–5% of total sats annually early on. Drop to 1–2% as deflation kicks in.

This does not mean SELL. Spend into local economy first. Global economy second to benefit adoption.

If there are goods and services you wish were available in bitcoin either build the business and provide them yourself or reach out locally and find others who can provide them

Don’t only count what can be counted. You will miss the aliveness that cannot be priced.

The industrial-era employment contract turned work into a binary:

• Show up 40–60 hours/week, exactly as told, or get zero income and lose health insurance.

• No middle ground: 20 hours? Not allowed. Seasonal? Not allowed. Sabbatical? Rare. Surplus effort for surplus pay? Almost never.
