I think I found a small Nostrich bug. 😀 If I like a note once and then click again to remove the like a reaction still seems to remain recorded. If I like it again another reaction appears. I repeated this 5 times and at one point Nostrich showed 5 reactions from my own account. After a while 3 of them disappeared and 2 reactions remained. I added screenshots because it was funny to watch the number grow while I was testing it. 😀 It looks like there may be a delay or an issue when reaction events are removed or refreshed from the relays.

Has anyone else noticed this?

Day 1 of a new project.

I found a library on GitHub that caught my attention. While looking through it I started thinking about making a small web app that can transform a live camera feed with different retro and stylized effects in real time. So today I am starting the first experiments. There is not much to show yet. It does not even have a proper name. For now I am calling it Mini Cam Project. 😂

Let’s see where this one goes. If you have a better name idea I am listening.

I have already tried it with several clients and every one of them teaches me something different about how NIP 46 behaves in practice. If there is a client or site you use and you are curious whether SkySigner works with it then send me the name or link. I will add it to my test list.

Day whatever of building SkySigner. SkySigner finally connected to NoorNote. Today I learned once again why NIP 46 permissions are more annoying than they look. I also tried the signer with 5 different Nostr clients. Two of them surprised me in ways I did not expect. Every time I think I understand how all the pieces fit together another client behaves differently and sends me back into the rabbit hole.
At least SkySigner keeps moving forward.
Slowly.
Sometimes painfully.
But forward.

I just finished building The Mandalorian & Grogu’s Speeder Bike 75436. It is a really small set with only 58 pieces but I actually like it more than I expected. The build is simple and quick but Mando and Grogu make it a nice little display piece. Grogu sitting at the front of the speeder is probably my favorite part :D I think this one will look good next to my other Star Wars sets.

Did anyone else pick this set up? What do you think of it?

I have noticed something about my projects. I often start with the thought that this will be a small thing. Then I add one feature. Then another one. Suddenly I am three rabbit holes deeper and learning things I never planned to learn.
