A few years ago, I found myself in a very dark place where my health, energy, and sense of direction had all but disappeared. Not seeing a way forward.

Today, I'm doing workouts I couldn't have imagined back then and building something I'm genuinely passionate about with people who believe in it.

Small steps. Lots of setbacks. Still worth it.

Life really can get better.
