True. Or even just post straight from the leaked account saying something about that. That way the person (account owner) will learn fast as well as his followers.

Maybe. I mean people can say they have USDT or L-USD for the IRS and use it to buy no KYC BTC. I know people do it Depix. To undo it, just sell some BTC, acquire USD and inform IRS your USDT was converted to USD. No capital games on Bitcoin multiplying price over the years.
