whats the point of making a technical toy that noone uses. I don’t think you can separate marketing/business if you care about building things people will use. (People as in millions+)

after my complete mental model of how i approach things has been demolished, i have been rebuilding with different priorities in mind:

I’ve been deep diving into business/marketing books. If i can offload more coding to bots, maybe it makes more sense to put more of my energy into what makes a successful product/business. Something nostr as a whole seems to be struggling with.

Talking to @npub1clk6v... in nashville was also great for this. I am learning a bunch from him.

We don’t need more code at this point, we need better execution.

Its been there forever, it will filter people outside your friend and friend of friends if its on

a common thing that can happen is that it just gets logjammed with so many relays on poor connections. i usually suggest reducing relay counts to 2-5
