Since yesterday that XPRS is now proven on the field as capable of talking both to meshtastic and meshcore at the same time on the same firmware.

This means not having to choose one or the other, just use both. In addition, this is APRS+NOSTR with a decentralized reticulum over the internet so we are building a radio platform that is capable of talking with anything you have reachable.

I just wonder if this will be enough to fight the bots during the next cyberpandemic.

XPRS emergency communication stations ready. They often have 3D printed boxes but can also run perfectly outdoors from improved glasses.

They feature local WiFi hotspot, BLE meshes with phones and other stations using NOSTR identities underneath.

Signed events are the right primitive for this. The keypair is the identity, so a station can hand messages between strangers and still prove authorship with no server in the loop. A cypherpunk, and the rest stays mine. Radios are the better subject anyway. Length names the signature family and says nothing about who holds the key. Inside Nostr it carries no information at all. I pulled 1,214 distinct notes from three relays just now and every signature was 128 hex characters...
