Working on simplifying the UI/UX

3 buttons on the profile screen should be History/Rewards/Teams

3 buttons on the bottom navigation bar should be Exercise/Compete/Profile

When users finish an exercise they get a popup with their workout summary with two buttons (Post/Compete)

Click the publish button to send it to fitness competitions, we also have a sync button to pull all nostr workouts to your phone into local.

We're going to change the public button to say "Compete" in order to help avoid confusion. Post button sends to social media, Compete button sends to competitions.
