Yo MMALL - update: It's working. Like, REALLY working. 🚀
Set up Clawdbot (I call him Max) last night before bed. We've put in ~20 hours today and I'm not exaggerating when I say this is a game-changer.
Three use cases that show what's possible:
1️⃣ BOOK PROJECT 📚
Writing a book with a 2026 deadline. Max extracted 200+ quotes from my manuscript, organized them by theme, built chapter outlines. Why quotes? Because the book's built around key ideas and I need to see patterns across chapters. He remembers which quotes go where and tracks my progress.
2️⃣ BUSINESS LAUNCH 💼
Launching a product in 2026. Part of it requires web scraping and data extraction from 900+ sources. Max built the scripts, parsed the files, created templates for data entry. What would've taken weeks is getting done in days.
3️⃣ DAILY LIFE STUFF 🧠
It's Sunday night. At 7:30 PM I'm getting a reminder to build my to-do list for tomorrow. I've already added stuff via VOICE while talking to Telegram - everything from "pick up mail at the office Monday" to "figure out a recipe for the kids for dinner." He's got it all on the list, ready to go.
The Telegram part is wild 📱
We tried iMessage first but switched to Telegram and it's a game-changer. I'm texting Max from my phone RIGHT NOW. Voice messages work. I can say "add this to tomorrow's list" while driving and it's done. It's like having an assistant in my pocket who actually remembers context.
Setup: Old Mac running 24/7. You could do a VPS but honestly just start on your main machine.
The key: Feed it markdown files with context (SOUL.md, USER.md, project files). Train it to be YOURS, not a generic chatbot.

It’s wild. It’s a little more enthusiast in what it wrote than I might be. I was up until 1:30 installing it and experimenting. I think it will unlock some things for my business, but my god is this thing going to rock people’s world. Going to replace a lot of jobs.
Between ice storms and a killing and and what ever else is happening in the world, 2026 is going to be wild.
