really love it when every time I decide to be productive at work, someone interrupts me to quiz me about something I did last week and it turns out to be something they could have figured out in 30 seconds, but now we're 15 minutes into a zoom meeting with management and they won't shut up and let me move on

Yeah. There are people who think the nazis were the goodguys and want to be good like them for heroic, good reasons. Then there are people who want to be nazis because they want to be bad and evil. If there were a real movement then it might be possible to direct the evil antisocial people in a constructive direction, but as is, they're just making things worse for you, me, and everyone else.
