This is the equivalent of government looking at a successful person owning a home and saying we should make all people the ability to own a home because they will be successful having one.

Completely disregarding the notion that its only because the person did things in their life that made them successful they were able to own a home.

Handing out homes to everyone by building insurmountable amounts of homes and hoping for the successful person part is missing the forest for the trees.
