Sadly I don't think there are any wallets that support keysend without email address.
Albyhub and Fountain are the only ones I know that currently work.

I believe you can self host a lightning node without an alby account but I'm not 100% sure also most people are afraid to run their own nodes (for some reason 🙁)

From what I understand coinos will allow sending but not receiving. I'm trying to get in contact with them to see if they can implement it.

It would be super cool to have more wallets support the only non censorable, truly peer to peer protocol that does not rely on 3rd parties such as DNS and supplies rich metadata to the receiver through TLV records. (see: https://github.com/Podcastindex-org/podcast-namespace/blob/main/docs/examples/value/value.md#tlv-records-and-extensions)

Primal would be an excellent candidate for keysend support.

When hosting with sunami.app I recommend you use a wallet that supports keysend, such as fountain or alby

coinos doesn't seem to support keysend address lookups for their lnAddresses

I've been told that coinos does support sending via keysend. If anyone knows anyone working on coinos please ask them to support the keysend .well-known url scheme for their lnAddresses

Remember my app only supports keysend. "Zaps" won't work unless done through Albyhub. I hear that coinos also works but I haven't tested it.
