I have not given up on vibe coding and Opus 4.6 tells me I need to get the railway private relay and server set up and to hire someone on Fiverr but I would prefer to hire a Bitcoiner - what is a fair offer to have someone do it? It suggests $100-$200? is that accurate and fair?

Aloha! I'm building a personal growth platform on [Shakespeare.DIY]( shakespeare.diy) and I need a **private Nostr relay** set up on Railway as my backend.
**The job:**
- Deploy **nostr-rs-relay** on Railway
- Configure **NIP-42 authentication** (require auth for read/write)
- Set up my admin npub with full query access
- Restrict to specific event kinds (1, 7, 9735, 30078, 39000-39002)
- Confirm it's working — authenticated reads/writes only
- Hand me back: relay URL (wss://), admin config, and a quick walkthrough of how to manage it
**What I have ready:**
- Railway account (I'll give you access or you walk me through it)
- My npub for admin access
- A detailed build spec with exactly what the relay needs to do
- I know what I want — I just need the technical setup done
**What this is for:**
Building a Nostr-native app with encrypted user progress (kind: 30078), NIP-29 private community, and NIP-57 zaps. The relay IS the database — no PostgreSQL, no Cloudflare. Clean architecture.
**Timeline:** ASAP — this is blocking my app build
**Budget:** Happy to pay in sats ⚡ or fiat — whatever works. Expecting this is 1-2 hours of work for someone who knows relays.
