Your node, your blocks, your rules.

Run Bitcoin Knots with BIP 110 signaling enabled and Datum-Gateway on OCEAN.

Take back control of what goes in your blocks, signal for consensus-level spam filtering, and contribute to mining decentralization. All from your desk.

The legal deep dive is live. Node operators have no safe harbor, the encoding defense is collapsing, and knowledge of illegal content is a one-way ratchet.

A masterpiece on BIP-110 rationale.

Interesting when someone says "arbitrary data can go f*** itself" and "we shouldn't have non-monetary data on chain" but also "BIP 110 is an attack on Bitcoin"

If you agree on the problem but reject every proposed solution because of who proposed it, you don't actually want to fix the problem.

The 21 million cap, block validity rules, the entire consensus ruleset: all enforced by the distributed network of full nodes.

SPV wallets assume honest majority hashpower. Full validation removes that assumption.

Thatโ€™s the entire point of running a full node.

Let's rug the spammers. Let's ensure Bitcoin remains only as a monetary protocol.

Keep's zapstore page doesn't explain anything about FROST. The github page elaborates a bit, but I shared the frostr page mainly because it does a great job explaining what it is all about. I love this concept and didn't event know it exists. Would be good to make it easily assimilated!
